KDM is seeking a Digital Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves operating and maintaining large-format digital presses to produce high-quality signs, decals, banners, and other printed materials. Training will begin on 1st shift until readiness for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or printing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn digital printing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality plus basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple projects and production deadlines.
