Job summary

CMC Group in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a skilled Print Operator for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) to print digital labels, tags, and sleeves on various substrates using a Mark Andy P5. You will ensure product quality, minimize scrap, and maintain productivity.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and at least a high school diploma. Knowledge of color separation and color matching helps, and basic computer skills (Excel/MIS) are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Color separation and color matching understanding.
• Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Excel and MIS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print high-quality digital products with minimal scrap and good productivity.
• Troubleshoot printing issues on digital press and resolve them independently.
• Receive HP beginner level training.
• Inform supervisor of key issues daily.
• Set a positive example, work well in a team, and follow policies.
• Handle any additional duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
