Position: Press Operator
As a Press Operator, you will be part of a team capable of accurately and efficiently running various printing presses, depending on the products being manufactured.
What you will be doing:
- Follow all safety requirements, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working with inks or chemicals.
- Maintain quality standards for all work performed.
- Use Time Clock and Epicor system correctly.
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
- Set up various presses, including knowledge of registration, guides, materials, and inks.
- Obtain approval on all jobs for color, adhesion, registration, imprint, materials, etc.
- Communicate clearly with Supervisor regarding daily numbers, scrap, and report low supplies.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Log job details accurately, including scrap.
- Operate presses efficiently.
- Be a great team member!
- Perform other duties as assigned.
