Job description

Position: Press Operator

As a Press Operator, you will be part of a team capable of accurately and efficiently running various printing presses, depending on the products being manufactured.

What you will be doing:

1. Follow all safety requirements, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working with inks or chemicals.
2. Maintain quality standards for all work performed.
3. Use Time Clock and Epicor system correctly.
4. Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
5. Set up various presses, including knowledge of registration, guides, materials, and inks.
6. Obtain approval on all jobs for color, adhesion, registration, imprint, materials, etc.
7. Communicate clearly with Supervisor regarding daily numbers, scrap, and report low supplies.
8. Keep work area clean and organized.
9. Log job details accurately, including scrap.
10. Operate presses efficiently.
11. Be a great team member!
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
