Job summary

Great Oaks is seeking a skilled Digital Press Field Engineer to serve as the frontline technical expert for our customers in the Cincinnati area. You will diagnose and resolve complex press issues, ensure equipment reliability, and deliver hands-on support that keeps customers running at peak performance.

This role includes installation, calibration, remote diagnostics, and structured Ramp-Up training to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of field service experience with digital printing equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting across print quality, mechanical and electrical domains.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate digital presses at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process issues with speed.
• Perform routine maintenance, software upgrades, and preventive service.
• Deliver on-site and remote technical support as needed.
• Maintain service records and reports.
