Job summary

Employee Workplace is seeking a Digital Press Field Engineer to serve as the frontline technical expert for our customers in the Pleasant Prairie region. You will diagnose and resolve complex press issues, ensure equipment reliability, and deliver hands-on support throughout the customer journey from installation to long-term success.

The role emphasizes proactive remote diagnostics, training press operators, and collaborating with Sales, Applications, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience with digital printing equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting across print, mechanical and electrical domains.
• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics or Mechanical Eng.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and calibrate digital presses at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and process issues quickly.
• Perform routine maintenance, software upgrades and preventive service.
• Deliver on-site and remote technical support as needed.
• Maintain service records and reports accurately.
• Lead Ramp-Up programs for new customers in first 30–90 days.
• Train press operators and production staff on operation and workflow.
