ICW Group is hiring a Product Owner to drive successful development and delivery of innovative products aligned with strategic goals. You will bridge business stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, prioritizing features and enhancements throughout the lifecycle.

Role requires well-honed Agile skills, market insight, and strong communication with leadership. This hybrid role offers growth and a robust benefits package at ICW Group.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years leading technical teams and translating requirements to a technical audience.
• Minimum 3 years as Product Owner/Product Manager or similar role with launched products.

Responsabilidades

• Maximizes the value of the product from the Scrum team.
• Defines and communicates product vision, roadmap, and strategy to stakeholders.
• Converts product ideas into a prioritized backlog based on value or ROI.
• Participates in agile ceremonies to ensure iterative development.
• Facilitates backlog grooming sessions for cross-functional alignment.
• Validates roadmap items with stakeholders before development starts.
• Maintains accountability for each development stage and final product.
