Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks a Manager, Digital Population Health Applications Transformation to lead planning, delivery, and adoption of Epic DPH applications across Healthy Planet, MyChart, Cheers, and related capabilities. You will drive digital front door strategies, patient engagement, and data-driven population health improvements.

The role partners with Population Health, Clinical, Access, and IT leaders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps, funded initiatives, and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience)
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire; Epic certification in at least one: MyChart, Healthy Planet, Cheers, HIM
• A minimum of five (5) years IT/Healthcare experience, including at least three (2) years managing IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and accountability for assigned teams, services, or functional areas, including setting priorities and managing daily execution
• Supervise, assign work, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and support staff development
• Manage operational issues, incidents, and service disruptions within scope, escalating as necessary to protect patient care, compliance, or business operations
• Ensure assigned services comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
