Premier Bankcard, headquartered in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Digital Platform Business Systems Analyst who bridges business needs and technical solutions. You will translate processes into system requirements and help IT teams implement technology that meets business goals.

You will gather requirements, develop user stories, workflows, and MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficient outcomes and adopt standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or functional consultant within a Pega environment.
• Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA) preferred; CSA or CSSA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support organization’s strategic direction and digital platform roadmap by aligning business initiatives with objectives and digital transformation strategies.
• Advance the maturity and optimization of digital capabilities across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions to understand business needs.
