You will define the technology vision, partner with business leaders, and drive value through digital solutions that enhance operations, reliability, and growth.
The role emphasizes strategic leadership, team development, and delivering technology-driven outcomes across OT, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is required.
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience is required.
- 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience is required.
- Experience delivering digital products aligned with business strategy required.
- Experience driving change management and successful adoption required.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Digital team and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from ideation through delivery and support.
- Align roadmaps with business strategy and enterprise oil & gas contexts.
- Build partnerships to translate requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for IT services.
- Act as a change agent with structured change management and training support.
