Job summary

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a Digital Manager to lead the Digital Pipeline Product Line within the Midstream Digital organization. You will shape the technology vision and drive measurable business value across Logistics & Storage, NG, and NGL.

You will lead a high‑performing team, collaborate with OT, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Support, and champion continuous improvement while aligning roadmaps with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Ten or more years of diversified IT experience.
• Three or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Experience delivering digital products or services aligned with business strategy.
• Experience driving change management and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the team, providing guidance and driving a culture of innovation.
• Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and performance.
• Plans and leads IT projects, delivering on time and within budget.
• Ensures availability, reliability, and security of technology systems.
• Leads end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products from ideation to delivery and support.
