Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, IT/OT and digital initiatives.
- Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in refining or industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification, evaluation, and delivery of strategic digital initiatives.
- Present recommendations to senior and executive management and global teams.
- Lead client meetings and align technology investments with business objectives.
- Develop performance measures and drive business planning with business teams.
- Support cross-functional testing strategies and complex multi-team delivery.
- Document user stories and feedback for technology improvements.
