Job summary

Scholastic in Missouri is seeking a Finance professional to analyze and complete reconciliation of electronic digital payments, including credit cards, PayPal, eGiftCards, eWallet, and campaigns. You will reconcile settlements, refunds, adjustments, disputes, inquiries and chargebacks for Scholastic programs and services, and troubleshoot payment processing issues with developers.

Qualifications

Computer experience required.
Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Fusion, Oracle EBS, AS400, and/or CIS.
Knowledge of Collections &/or Accounts Receivable functions required.
Commitment to follow PCI Compliance and Security Guidelines.

Responsibilities

Analyze and complete reconciliation of electronic digital payments (credit cards, PayPal, eGiftCards, eWallet, campaigns).
Reconcile settlements, refunds, adjustments, disputes, inquiries, and chargebacks for Scholastic programs.
Troubleshoot digital payment processing issues and coordinate root-cause actions with programmers.
Maintain current databases, spreadsheets, and reporting to meet deadlines.
