Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking a Cash Reconciliation Analyst to reconcile daily cash and electronic payment transactions across Workday, Cadency, banks, and processors, resolving variances and aging items within SLA.

You will analyze data quality, improve matching rules, support month-end close and audits, and collaborate with Store Operations, IT, Treasury, and Finance to drive end-to-end automation and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple data feeds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in high-volume transaction matching and month-end close.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Treasury, IT, and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality across daily ingestion of Workday and Cadency data and payment processor files.
• Investigate and resolve unmatched lines and variances in Cadency’s cash and electronic payment matching modules.
• Perform root-cause analysis on mismatched transactions across tender types to identify patterns and automation opportunities.
• Track aging items in cash clearing accounts and resolve Deposits-in-Transit within target cycle times.
