Job summary

The role collaborates with pathologists, biologists, and data scientists to advance translational endpoints and drug discovery efforts using Python and cloud-based pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital pathology and image analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and scientific libraries.
• Cloud computing experience (AWS) and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy automated image analysis workflows for histopathology and spatial biology applications.
• Design ML/DL approaches for cell segmentation, phenotyping, biomarker quantification and spatial analysis.
• Perform image registration, de-arraying, and alignment for multi-modal imaging datasets.
• Develop custom scripts and automated pipelines using Python and scientific computing libraries.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize scalable compute resources for high-throughput image processing.
• Architect and integrate databases for a cohesive, scalable system; collaborate with engineers.
• Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, bioinformaticians, and computational scientists.
• Present analytical methods, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, algorithms, and study results.
