Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years (or 0+ with Master’s) experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong Python and image analysis knowledge; familiarity with AI/ML concepts and scientific computing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and scalable computational workflows, plus database infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy automated image analysis workflows for histopathology and spatial biology.
• Design ML/DL approaches for cell segmentation, phenotyping, biomarker quantification, and spatial analysis.
• Perform image registration and alignment for multi-modal imaging datasets.
• Develop custom scripts and automated pipelines using Python and scientific libraries.
• Configure and optimize scalable compute resources for high-throughput image processing.
• Architect and integrate multiple databases into a cohesive system.
• Collaborate with pathologists, biologists, bioinformaticians, and computational scientists.
• Present methods, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, algorithms, and study results.
• Contribute to publications and conferences.
