Qualifications

• PhD in imaging science or related discipline with strong experimental and computational training.
• Experience with microscopy, high-content imaging, or phenotypic in vitro assay development.
• Working knowledge of ML/DL for biological imaging; ability to evaluate models.
• Proficiency with Python data-science tools and related libraries.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and apply imaging assays and quantitative image-analysis workflows across platforms.
• Collaborate with wet-lab, imaging, and computational scientists from design to data delivery.
• Design and implement computer-vision/machine-learning pipelines for segmentation and phenotypic profiling.
• Extract multiparametric features to characterize disease-relevant phenotypes and responses.
• Establish QC/evaluation frameworks to distinguish biology from artifacts.
• Apply ML/DL methods to identify imaging biomarkers and relate imaging to biological readouts.
• Document analyses and present results clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
