Job summary

Midco of South Dakota, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Digital & Outbound Manager in a hybrid role. You will lead digital and outbound sales teams, coach staff, and drive growth across product lines while ensuring a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Operations. You will set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and develop strategies to optimize revenue, retention, and acquisition.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 3 years of sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Associate’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field preferred.
• Previous sales leadership experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Inbound/outbound call center environment experience with headset.
• May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a digital and outbound sales team aligned with Midco's strategy.
• Execute residential digital and outbound sales strategies to drive growth.
• Set daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to optimize opportunities.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members.
• Produce reports, forecasts, and analyses as requested.
