Job summary

Midco is seeking an Inside Sales Digital & Outbound Manager to lead a digital and outbound sales team and drive revenue growth. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of one day per week in the Sioux Falls office with the option to work from home other days.

You will coach, develop, and empower team members, using data and cross-functional partnerships to optimize performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration with Marketing and Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED as minimum education.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a digital and outbound sales team responsible for Midco's strategy and performance.
• Execute digital and outbound sales strategies to drive growth, revenue, and retention.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals; monitor progress and accountability.
• Create and maintain a high-performing environment with engagement and collaboration.
• Drive lead management, pipeline activity, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue performance.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Produce timely reports, forecasts, and analyses.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and other departments to maximize opportunities.
• Recognize and celebrate contributions to foster engagement and performance.
• Support customer loyalty with exceptional sales experiences across interactions.
• Support team engagement, development, and retention; provide coaching and stretch opportunities.
• Perform quarterly reviews and manage performance issues.
• Model Midco values and leadership drivers to inspire others.
• Maintain privacy guidelines and adherence to Midco policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to assist team members outside standard hours.
