Job summary

Ravago is seeking a Digital Specialist to provide operational, data, documentation, testing, and system-readiness support for digital applications used by the RHA businesses in the U.S. This role focuses on transitioning from legacy systems to new or enhanced applications with accurate data, workflows, and user support.

You will validate data, document processes, assist with testing, and coordinate with Business Systems and Digital Team stakeholders before, during, and after system changes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in business systems support, data validation, or related areas.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Validate data between legacy and new digital applications.
• Document current and future-state processes for readiness.
• Support testing, issue triage, and release readiness activities.
• Coordinate with Digital Team and Business Systems stakeholders.
• Maintain operations guides and troubleshooting materials.
• Monitor support trends and communicate risks to stakeholders.
