You will partner with Digital Merchandising, Platform Teams, Creative Operations, Brand Operations, and Leadership to establish scalable operational frameworks that drive predictable launches and efficiency.

You will shape future-state processes while ensuring today’s business runs smoothly, with a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder leadership, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a strategic Launch Readiness roadmap aligned to business priorities and customer experience goals.
• Establish scalable readiness frameworks and milestone execution plans.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across the digital product lifecycle.
• Create visibility into readiness health and priorities via reporting and governance routines.
• Implement measurement frameworks to improve predictability and performance.
• Build operational processes bridging current-state workflows with future capabilities.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions with Product, Platform, and Technology teams.
• Support adoption of new tools and change management for readiness planning.
• Develop future-state process maps, models, and governance for long-term growth.
• Establish clear processes, standards, ownership, and decision frameworks across cross-functional workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify execution and improve launches.
• Create documentation and training materials for consistency and scalability.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
