Job summary
Challenge Manufacturing in Michigan seeks a Manager of Digital Solutions & Development to lead software and BI teams, govern Azure DevOps, and advance DevSecOps across OT. You will shape SDLC standards and drive secure digital solutions in collaboration with OT Automation, SMS/MES, IT, and business stakeholders.
In this role you will mentor developers, manage priorities, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure applications and integrations that support manufacturing operations and data-driven
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/SE or related field.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience leading software/technical teams.
- Experience with Azure DevOps administration, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of software developers, BI developers, and future data architecture resources.
- Own Azure DevOps administration, governance, standards, and adoption across OT teams.
- Establish and govern Git workflows, repositories, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
- Develop and maintain SDLC and DevSecOps standards ensuring quality and security.
- Lead development of internal web apps, business tools, reporting platforms, and digital solutions.
