Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electrical, Controls, or similar) required.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS Engineering, or similar) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial digitalization roles.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with manufacturing systems (MES), dashboards, analytics, and data‑driven decision support.
• Strong working knowledge of automation systems including PLCs, SCADA, sensors, vision systems, and edge devices.
• Proven understanding of OT/IT integration, industrial networking, cybersecurity, and IT governance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to translate shop‑floor problems into scalable, compliant digital solutions.
• Experience supporting multi‑site or regional manufacturing organizations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and accelerate regional manufacturing digitalization efforts while preserving plant execution ownership.
• Build regional capability via expert networks and scalable playbooks.
• Provide decision‑ready insights and structured roadmaps to regional and BU leadership.
• Coordinate with plant operations, automation/IT, and enterprise digital teams.
• Maintain a 30/60/90‑day rolling regional digitalization execution roadmap.
• Partner with leadership to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
• Enable knowledge sharing and capability building across plants.
• Support pilots and early deployments and scale proven digital solutions.
