Job summary

Casey's Digital Operations Internship is based at our Store Support Center in Ankeny, Iowa. You will support the digital ordering experience across Casey's app, website, and third-party marketplaces, gaining hands-on experience in digital merchandising, promotions, delivery operations, product configuration, and performance analytics.

Throughout the summer, you’ll help analyze digital sales and guest behavior data, support launches, evaluate operational performance, and contribute to projects

Qualifications

As a Digital Operations Intern, you'll support the team responsible for Casey's digital ordering experience across the Casey's app, website, and third-party marketplaces. You'll gain hands-on experience with digital merchandising, promotions, delivery operations, product configuration, and performance analytics while partnering with teams across Marketing, IT, Merchandising, and Operations. Throughout the summer, you'll help analyze digital sales and customer behavior data, support new product and promotional launches, evaluate operational performance, and contribute to projects that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth. This role is ideal for students interested in e-commerce, digital operations, analytics, product management, or customer experience.

Compensation: This internship offers a starting pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on academic year, qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to exercise independent judgment
