Job summary

Casey’s IT Infrastructure Analyst Intern in Ankeny, IA offers hands-on experience supporting edge infrastructure and endpoint technologies across store locations. You’ll work with the Store Endpoint team on OS deployments, endpoint compliance, patching, packaging, automation, and infrastructure monitoring.

Based at the Store Support Center, you’ll network with leaders, gain professional growth, and have opportunities to continue part-time during the school year and potentially move to full-time

Qualifications

• Current junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to exercise independent judgment

As an IT Infrastructure Analyst Intern on our Store Endpoint team, you will work alongside Casey's Store Endpoint team supporting the edge infrastructure and endpoint technologies that enable operations across nearly 3,000 store locations. This internship provides hands‑on experience with endpoint management, operating system administration, automation, and store technology support. You will assist with initiatives such as operating system deployments and upgrades, endpoint compliance, Microsoft patch deployment, software packaging and distribution, automation, technical documentation, and infrastructure monitoring.

Compensation: This internship offers a starting pay range of $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on academic year, qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
