Qualifications

As a Brand & Strategic Insights Intern, you'll support Casey's Guest Insights and Foodservice Innovation team by helping identify consumer needs, evaluate new menu concepts, and uncover insights that drive innovation across our food and beverage business. Through this experience, you'll develop skills in consumer insights, innovation, trend analysis, data storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct consumer, industry, and competitive research to identify trends and innovation opportunities


• Analyze guest feedback and research data to uncover insights and develop recommendations


• Support menu innovation and new product development through concept testing, product evaluations, and idea generation


• Assist with food and beverage trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and innovation projects


• Create reports and presentations that communicate findings to business partners and leaders


• Collaborate with teams across Culinary, Marketing, Category Management, Operations, and Strategic Insights


• Present internship findings and recommendations to leadership

Compensation: This internship offers a starting pay range of $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on academic year, qualifications, experience, and skills relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's orMaster'sdegreein Marketing, BusinessAnalytics, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Food Science,or related field.


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Experience with data analytics, data visualization or analytics tools


• Strong organizational, problem‑solving skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment


• Ability to exercise independent judgment
