Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities for intelligent automation to improve decision-making, reliability, and governance across Dow sites and businesses.

The role partners with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable digital solutions and guide responsible adoption while mentoring people leaders and contributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Implement operations strategy to advance digital capabilities in work processes.
• Own accountability for strategy oversight within Digital Operations.
• Collaborate with site leaders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Translate priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions.
• Establish measures of success and monitor value realization.
• Build organizational understanding of advanced digital capabilities.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to site and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and advise senior leadership on digital opportunities.
• Oversee digital technology improvement with site/production leadership.
