Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making, strengthen operational performance, and deliver sustainable business value across Dow sites and functions.

You will collaborate with Operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams while mentoring leaders and individual contributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above a U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Identify opportunities where intelligent automation improves decision-making and performance.
• Partner with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Translate priorities into practical digital solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Establish measures of success and monitor adoption and value realization.
• Develop technology strategies aligned to site, function, and business needs.
• Provide mentoring to people leaders and contributors.
• Oversee digital technology improvement efforts with site/production leadership.
