Responsibilities

• Process account documentation and maintenance requests, including scanning documents, pulling critical documents, preparing folders and filing
• Process all types of data entry and maintenance activities for various types of accounts
• Perform customer research as requested by branches
• Identify, review and ensure compliance with the laws and regulations which affect assigned functional areas
