Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Digital Account Specialist to streamline onboarding workflows, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure timely processing of Digital Account Opening requests. You will work across internal teams to validate documentation, maintain SLA adherence, and drive a smooth onboarding experience for customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to manage multiple requests, and effective communication to minimize delays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding, account management, customer support, or high-volume transactional operations.
• Experience with SLA accountability in workflow management.
• Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with case management or workflow systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and prioritize Digital Account Opening requests.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment and progression of requests within SLA.
• Perform due diligence and readiness reviews for accounts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and obtain documentation.
• Validate onboarding requirements for accurate account creation and activation.
• Maintain accountability from intake through activation and follow-up.
• Serve as the primary coordinator throughout onboarding process.
• Identify and resolve errors, gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• Monitor handling times, volumes, and reporting for performance reviews.
