Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Digital Account Specialist to own the repeatable onboarding workflow, reduce fragmentation, and ensure adherence to service level standards. You will review DAO requests, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive activation from intake to follow-up.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and troubleshooting onboarding issues. 1–2 years in onboarding or high-volume operations and a High School Diploma are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in onboarding, account management, or high-volume transactional operations.
• Experience with SLA-backed workflows and prioritization.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with case management or workflow systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize Digital Account Opening requests.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment and progression within SLAs.
• Perform due diligence and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation.
• Validate onboarding requirements for accurate account creation.
• Ensure activation and readiness for onboarding.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain DAO request accountability from intake to activation.
• Serve as the primary coordination point throughout onboarding.
• Minimize handoffs and ensure seamless progression.
• Identify and resolve errors and process gaps.
• Monitor handling times, volumes, and workload distribution.
• Provide reporting and contribute to operational reviews.
