Qualifications

• Experience with open accounts, processing service requests, and understanding bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self‑service tools.
• Proactively identifies solutions based on client needs.
