Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking an Engineering Manager, Digital & Mixed-Signal Hardware to lead high-speed digital electronics teams across multiple sites and product lines. The role combines technical ownership, architecture reviews, and people leadership to deliver scalable, manufacturable hardware for space and defense applications.

The successful candidate will guide boards and system-level designs, collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and other engineering teams, and contribute hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of direct digital or mixed-signal hardware engineering experience, aerospace background preferred.
• Proven deep expertise in high-speed digital and mixed-signal board design.
• Experience with RF, power electronics, and mechanical disciplines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical integrity and engineering excellence for high-speed digital and mixed-signal electronics development across the company.
• Lead architecture/design reviews with SME engagement across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrate hands-on contributions to board-level digital/mixed-signal designs when needed.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, and development of a high-performing hardware team.
