RS Group is seeking a Digital Merchandising Operations Executive to provide centralized support across the Digital Merchandising team. You will coordinate shared activities, maintain processes and reporting tools, and help deliver supplier- and category-focused initiatives.

You will work with data and insights to enhance customer experience and digital performance. You will partner with the Digital Merchandising & Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to optimise campaigns, content

Qualificações

• Experience in Digital Merchandising, Ecommerce or Digital Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Understanding KPIs and customer journey optimisation.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting tools, planning processes and CMS.

Responsabilidades

• Support digital merchandising activity across categories and suppliers.
• Coordinate reporting, planning tools and operational processes.
• Plan, execute and assure quality of campaigns and content updates.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, SEO, CX/UX and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor onsite performance and customer experience, propose optimisations.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing best practices and testing.
• Serve as a point of contact for operational queries with stakeholders.
• Support team projects with clear updates and recommendations.
