Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a merchandising professional to support HEYDUDE digital assortment planning, aligning revenue, inventory and brand objectives.

You’ll communicate product priorities to merchandising and commercial partners to enable in-season execution and drive business momentum. Collaborate with Planning and cross‑functional teams to manage demand, replenishment and key merchandising deliverables, monitor performance and provide insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field; equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assortment planning and management for HEYDUDE digital to support revenue, inventory and brand objectives.
• Communicate product priorities and assortment changes to merchandising and commercial partners for in-season execution.
• Partner with Planning to support demand, inventory, PO and replenishment activities.
• Coordinate and support key merchandising deliverables like assortment reviews and weekly business recaps.
