Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Digital Merchandising Specialist to drive the digital category experience on whitecap.com. You will support site merchandising, optimize navigation and product presentation, and translate category strategies into engaging online experiences that boost discovery and conversion.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in eCommerce or related fields, with strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics and CMS/PIM tools.

Qualifications

BS/BA in a related discipline is typically required.
5–8 years of related experience; MS/MA may reduce experience need.
Certification is optional depending on area.

Responsibilities

Execute and optimize digital category experiences on White Cap site.
Support on-site merchandising: navigation, taxonomy, filters, placements.
Translate category strategies into digital experiences for discovery and conversion.
Analyze customer behavior and site performance to drive improvements.
Produce regular reporting on merchandising KPIs: traffic, engagement, conversion, sales.
