Allegacy Financial is seeking a Member Care Representative - Interactive Services to service member needs primarily through digital channels, including Online Account Opening and ITMs. You will process online applications, handle ITM transactions, and build member relationships while aiming to exceed sales and service goals.

The role requires knowledge of Allegacy products, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to operate multiple systems and monitor screens.
• Experience in banking or credit unions preferred.

• Knowledge of deposit and lending products and services
• Support online account opening and ITMs; assist with transactions and inquiries
