Job summary

Allegacy seeks an experienced teller to process monetary transactions, balance the MSR line daily, and deliver outstanding service to members in person. The role includes selling products and maintaining confidentiality while handling vault duties and CDM responsibilities.

You will use Fiserv DNA and demonstrate leadership, organization, and strong interpersonal skills to resolve issues and train others as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years teller experience.
• One-year Fiserv DNA teller system experience.
• Ability to handle vault/multiple CDM responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated organization and planning skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflict in a professional manner.
• Ability to diffuse anger quickly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member service by ensuring high-quality service aligned with brand culture.
• Meet or exceed established service goals.
• Cross-sell or suggest Allegacy products and services.
• Balance and process monetary transactions accurately.
• Maintain security of cash drawers and documents, ensuring confidentiality.
• Perform vault responsibilities.
• Concentrate 25% of duties in sales.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
