Qualifications

• Experience with imaging equipment and database storage preferred.
• Produce and retain legible digital records in a timely, HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Prioritize and organize data for efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• The Document Scanning Technician is responsible for scanning all records into the appropriate database on a timely basis.
• Maintain daily workflow, ensuring records are scanned legibly to avoid delay in further processing.
• Perform daily reconciliations by retrieving records from nursing units and discharge logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
