Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a Document Scanning Technician for Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX. You will scan patient records into the designated database, ensuring legible, timely document capture and alignment with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Reading and numerical competencies required.
• One year of clerical experience, preferably in hospital records.
• Experience with imaging equipment and database storage is preferred.

Qualifications

Reading and numerical competencies with some advanced technical training preferred.

At least one (1) year of experience in a clerical position, preferably in a hospital or physician medical record department. Previous experience with imaging equipment and database storage preferred.

Ability to produce and retain legible digital records scanned into a database in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to stringent HIPAA guidelines; Reconciliation of logs and records according to department procedures and process. Must be able to prioritize and organize data for effective workflow and retrieval
