Platte County Board of Service seeks a Digital Media & Web Content Specialist to promote services and manage the agency’s digital presence. Responsibilities include creating content for websites, social media, and print materials, updating SharePoint and WordPress sites, and planning digital campaigns.

The role requires 2+ years in digital media/website design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Buffer, and SharePoint, and experience with accessibility best practices.

Responsabilités

• Create digital media content for posting to websites, print media, social media, and internal systems
• Create and update content on agency websites and on internal SharePoint Online sites which meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA legal technical standard
• Ability to plan and create digital media and marketing campaigns
• Provide individual instruction and/or training to users on new or updated technologies
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations, including PHI and ePHI
• Track and analyze social media analytic reports on a regular basis
• Assists with routine system and file backups of all social media, website, and digital media content
• Creates and maintains current IT documentation
• Continuously review and identify areas of efficiency for agency and bring forth solutions to implement
• Proactive: you’re driven, self-motivated, and take initiative to get things done
• Ability to work both individually and collaboratively, in a team environment
• Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail
• Assists on IT projects
• Provide basic technical support in an IT Helpdesk backup role
• Attends all meetings and agency functions as required
• Performs all other duties assigned by Supervisor
