Ourself is a women’s health tracking app built to give people agency, clarity, and insight into their bodies—without compromise on privacy. We’re on a mission to change the conversation around female health and are looking for aDigital Media Marketing Consultantto help amplify our reach, grow our user base, and bring our mission to life across digital channels.

In this role, you’ll help shape and execute our digital marketing strategy—from paid campaigns and partnerships to email, SEO, and content marketing. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and creative to drive awareness, app installs, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, newsletters, and more)
  • Support growth through a mix of paid ads, email marketing, SEO, influencer outreach, and partnerships
  • Analyze campaign performance and user acquisition metrics to guide ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate on creative development and messaging that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience
  • Track key performance indicators (CTR, CAC, ROAS, retention) and report actionable insights
  • Identify new channels and tactics to drive sustainable growth and reach

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of multichannel strategy (paid, organic, email, content, partnerships)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email platforms, and analytics tools
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to translate performance into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for women’s health, digital wellness, or mission-driven products is a big plus

This is aremote, part-time contract positionwith a monthly compensation of$1,500. Candidate must be based in the US an fluent in English.
