Cumulus Media Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Representative to hunt for new business, build relationships, and close deals. No prior media sales experience is required—we’ll teach you the ropes with a focus on drive and determination.

You will sell digital marketing solutions across Central Indiana, collaborate with a team of creatives and on-air talent, and represent LIVE, LOCAL brands connected to the community. Strong earnings via commissions in year one.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of outside sales experience in any industry.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
• Hunter mindset with a passion for winning.
• Digital savvy and ability to position modern marketing tools.
• Curiosity, creativity and confidence when talking to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships across Central Indiana with national opportunities.
• Sell digital marketing solutions including social, email, display, OTT/CTV and streaming audio.
• Pitch campaigns that connect brands with a large local audience.
• Collaborate with creative pros and on-air talent.
• Represent LIVE, LOCAL brands deeply connected to the community.
