Job summary

Cumulus Media Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Representative to hunt for new business, build relationships, and close deals. No prior media sales experience is required—we’ll teach you the ropes with a focus on drive and determination.

You will sell digital marketing solutions across Central Indiana, collaborate with a team of creatives and on-air talent, and represent LIVE, LOCAL brands connected to the community. Strong earnings via commissions in year one.

• Prospect and develop new client relationships across Central Indiana with the opportunity to sell nationwide as well.
• Sell a wide range of digital marketing solutions: social, email, display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio & more!
• Pitch high-impact campaigns that connect brands with our massive local audience.
• Collaborate with a team of creative pros and beloved local on-air talent.
• Represent radio stations that are LIVE, LOCAL, and deeply connected to the community.

What You Bring:

• 1‑3+ years of outside sales experience (any industry!)
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• A “hunter” mindset—you love the thrill of the chase.
• Digital savvy—you understand how to sell and position modern marketing tools.

Pay Range

USD $40,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.

The monthly pay range listed above reflects your guaranteed income during your first year, with additional opportunities to earn commissions
