Job summary

RTW Investments, LP, a global life-cycle investment and innovation firm, seeks a Digital Media Manager in New York to lead social media strategy, content development, and analytics across organic and paid channels. You will own website, SEO, content platforms, and podcast production coordination with a focus on compliance and investor audiences.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in digital media, strong analytics, GA4 proficiency, Canva design skills, and experience with CRM/email

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5 or more years of experience in digital media, social media strategy, or content marketing, preferably in healthcare, biotech, financial services, or B2B professional services.
Demonstrated expertise as a true social media native: deep knowledge of platform algorithms, content formats, and engagement best practices across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, with the ability to identify trends and adapt strategy independently.
Strong digital media analytics fluency: comfortable defining KPIs, building performance dashboards, and translating data into strategic recommendations across social, paid, email, and web.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for web analytics, content, UX, and SEO recommendations.
Familiarity with SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) best practices.
Website content management experience, including end-to-end ownership and vendor relationship management.
Experience coordinating video production or podcast pipelines with external producers.
Graphic design fluency in Canva or equivalent.
Exceptional written communication skills for sophisticated professional, scientific, and investor audiences.
Experience managing a CRM or email marketing platform end to end, including audience segmentation and CAN‑SPAM/GDPR compliance; experience with HubSpot or equivalent a plus.
Experience in digital health, biotech, life sciences, or financial/investment communications preferred.
Familiarity with compliance-sensitive content environments (SEC, FINRA, Reg FD, or pharma/healthcare regulatory frameworks) preferred.
Must be able to work from RTW's New York City office.

Responsibilities

Drive and implement RTW's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X and Instagram, aligning with brand and audience targets.
Develop and manage a monthly social content calendar for firm and executive channels.
Monitor and report on social KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, CPM, conversions, and share of voice.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and X with A/B testing.
Own end-to-end campaign goals, budgets, performance, and optimization recommendations.
Own the RTW website content, design updates, vendor relations, UX, and GA4-driven recommendations.
Lead SEO and GEO strategy for traditional search and AI-powered discovery.
Launch and manage content subscription/marketing platform with audience segmentation and email campaigns.
Coordinate social content and podcast production with internal and external teams.
Ensure content moves through compliance workflows and executive reviews.
