Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, social media strategy, or content marketing.
• Strong expertise as a true social media native across LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
• Fluency in social media analytics and KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, CPM, conversion).
• Experience with GA4 for web analytics, content, UX, and SEO recommendations.
• Experience coordinating video or podcast production pipelines with external producers.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Drive RTW's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram to reach institutional audiences and brand engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns with A/B testing and end-to-end KPI ownership.
• Own RTW's website content management, UX improvements, and SEO/GEO strategies.
• Launch and manage RTW's content subscription and marketing platform, including audience segmentation and email campaigns.
• Coordinate podcast production and social amplification with external vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure content passes through executive and compliance review within RTW's workflow.
