The University of Montevallo is seeking a part-time, temporary student assistant for the Digital Media Lab and Carmichael Library. The role involves assisting patrons with multimedia software, hardware, and general tech support.
Required is a high school diploma or GED. Applicants should be available some evenings and possess strong customer service skills, plus intermediate technical abilities with Adobe CC and basic media editing tools.

Assist patrons of the Digital Media Lab and Carmichael Library.
Assist patrons of the DML in the following capacities:
Provide excellent customer service and answer patron’s computer technology questions
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must be available to work some evenings until 12 A.M.
Possess superior interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be detail oriented
Ability to recognize and protect confidential information
Be punctual and dependable
Possess intermediate technical skills
