Job summary

PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator in Denver, CO to support social media and digital marketing across North America.

You will help bring stories to life through content, support recruitment and brand awareness campaigns, engage audiences and provide insights through reporting and analytics. The role involves coordinating campaigns, maintaining calendars, collaborating with multiple teams and leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, digital media or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, communications, marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience using major social media platforms and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting and performance measurement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, including the ability to effectively leverage tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, content development and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of current social media trends, content formats and best practices.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning, coordination and execution of digital media and social media campaigns.
  • Maintains campaign calendars, schedules content and supports publishing activities across social media channels.
  • Coordinates campaign assets, approvals, tracking links and creative requests.
  • Supports employee advocacy initiatives and content amplification efforts.
  • Assists with community engagement monitoring and escalates opportunities or issues as needed.
  • Develops recurring reports, dashboards and presentation materials to communicate campaign performance.
  • Conducts audience, competitive and industry research to support campaign planning and optimization.
  • Supports campaign setup, quality assurance and performance tracking activities.
  • Organizes and maintains campaign documentation, digital assets and workflow processes.
  • Collaborates with district and corporate teams to support content collection, campaign execution and business priorities.
  • Supports additional Marketing & Communications initiatives as required.

Here's how a Digital Media Coordinator for PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. within US Head Office contributes to our team:

The estimated salary range for this role is $57,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
