Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Team Lead (Digital Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage both teams and client relationships. You will play a key role in leading client calls, managing international projects, and overseeing digital campaigns across paid advertising platforms and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Team Lead in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for global clients.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Take ownership of regular client communications, including leading client calls, understanding client requirements, and presenting campaign results.
• Plan and manage campaigns on paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) ensuring high ROI and alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.), ensuring data integrity, campaign integration, and effective client lifecycle management.
• Coordinate and successfully deliver international digital marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency and international exposure.
• Strong experience with paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Experience in CRM management and marketing automation tools.
• Proven ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable leading client calls and presentations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with international clients.
