Account Supervisor, Digital & Social – Pharmaceutical Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Supervisor, Digital & Social – Pharmaceutical to join the pharmaceutical communications team of a global communications firm. This will be a fully remote and part-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of relevant experience at the Account Supervisor or Account Manager level, with a strong background in digital marketing and pharmaceutical communications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in project management, and is passionate about delivering high-quality digital campaigns that meet stringent regulatory standards.
As mentioned, this is a fully remote position, but you must currently reside in MD, VA, DC, MA, OH, MO, TN, IN, TX, FL, NC, AL, GA or OK. Applicants residing in other states will not be considered.
Account Supervisor, Digital & Social – Pharmaceutical Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary digital point of contact and project lead for pharmaceutical communications campaigns, managing day-to-day operations independently with minimal oversight.
- Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across global and U.S. social media channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead influencer partnership initiatives, including influencer identification, outreach, content creation, and performance tracking, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
- Apply strong copywriting skills to produce compelling, accurate, and compliant content for social, digital, and influencer channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including account, paid media, design, and strategy—to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns on time and within budget.
- Utilize excellent project management skills to oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, proactively addressing issues to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and pharmaceutical industry regulations to guide campaign development and innovation.
Account Supervisor, Digital & Social – Pharmaceutical Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience at the Account Supervisor or Account Manager level within digital marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical communications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns within the healthcare/pharmaceutical space.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and influencer marketing, with experience navigating regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA guidelines).
- Strong copywriting and content development skills with an eye for detail and compliance.
- Exceptional project management abilities with a focus on organization, prioritization, and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms; experience with social listening and analytics tools is a plus.
