Job summary

Thrivent in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Specialist, Digital Marketing to plan, produce, and deliver digital content for websites, email campaigns, and marketing programs. You will build, publish, and maintain web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using approved templates and components.

This role requires strong web design knowledge and collaboration with UX designers and developers to create accurate digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing web and marketing projects.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with web content management, email, and social media.
• Ability to partner with design, development, legal, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage content management process for Thrivent Asset Management websites across internal stakeholders.
• Build, deliver, and publish responsive web pages in AEM using templates and components.
• Provide consultation and support for SEO and AI optimization of content.
• Collaborate with business partners on development of web content to improve navigation and conversions.
• Test content placement and ensure content is easy to find and navigate, maintaining a consistent design.
